GENERAL TERMS AND DISCLAIMER:
- The quote is valid for 7 days from the date of the proposal.
- Excluding the holiday period, such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter, etc. Please indicate specific travel date when available to advise supplement rates.
- No reservation or reservations made from this moment. Rates, availability, and itinerary are subject to change.
- The prices indicated above are NETT. Not commissionable.
- Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit is required within 3 business days as per the estimated pro forma invoice. Once payment is received, please allow us at least 2-3 business days to process the reservation.
- The settlement of the full payment is due one month before the arrival date. Coupons will be issued after full payment.
- Tips are $ 3 per person per day for the driver and $ 4 per person per day for the guide. Cancellation fees will apply according to the providers’ terms, generally 20% up to 40 days prior to arrival, 40% up to 20 days, 80% up to 7 days, 100% from 6 days prior to arrival.
- Check in at the hotel between 3 and 4 pm, check out between 11 and 12 am, early check in or late check out are subject to availability and may be charged.
- Meals are provided at standard times, whenever a packed meal is needed, advance notice must be given.
